This is a rendering of a jpg taken by Beth Parrish at our last Sparkle tasting January 2010. I photoshopped the jpg to give it this artist's effect, and I think it is almost like being there. See what you are missing?

This wonderful family was visiting Stanford from Kenya, and wanted to visit  a winery and so looked for one on their GPS. I made it a visit they won't forget with a tour and tasting. The pale lady in the back is Nicole Ball.
So you have never been to an art show opening!


They ARE fun, many new friends made. This was Amy Burnett's. Particularly successful because it was her first.  I was impressed in how she pulled in the crowd. Equally impressive: she sold half the art she was showing. 

Sometimes I get an unexpected visit from some of my siblings  who all live in the Pacific Northwest or Virginia. In this case, Brother Bruce on the left and sister Jeanne on the right are laughing because I am so much shorter than they are.
